Hello today was a good day! We are having outdoor gym this week and next week- dress for the weather. We talked about multiplication in math. We had library today. We read wonder and had to ask good Questions about the book.

Hello Peeps it's time for the blog, Today we did outdoor gym, it was a good day. We did our word work quiz. We watched Mojo, and we learned about 'The Dip'- we chose famous people and worked in groups and wrote about their 'Dips' and how they persevered. We started Jack's chapter in Wonder.  Have a good weekend!!!!

Today in math we organized the bead chains and made sure all the flags were there for us to do skip counting to help us with multiplication. We did some science today. We went to the library with Ms. Carroll's class. Yesterday Ms. Adamson took our picture and used an app to make us look like old men and women today we wrote about what the world is going to look like when we are 101 years old. Tomorrow is school color day so don't forget to wear blue or white.

Hola Amigos, We did our winter walk today. We read more Wonder, and we finished Summer's part. Tomorrow we will start Jack's part. We have Music at the end of the day. In gym we are doing dance. Grade 4s did a school survey online. We started making our own character maps, we got to pick any character from Wonder that we wanted.

Hi,  Today was a good day like every other day of the school year. We read Wonder today, Summer's part of the story started today, ask me why she is an important character. We started dance in gym and we learned how to do the beginning of Cadillac Ranch. In writing we wrote about our weekend, we had to include at least 1 juicy word from the thesaurus. In math we kept working with arrays in our multiplication.  We also did the blog... which you're reading.... bye.

We handed out our Valentines cards and goodies today! We had an assembly, our class shared a video. 2 people from our class were MCs in the assembly. We did a pop out illusion art. School dance starts at 6:30 tonight, hope to see you there! SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY! Make sure to do lots of reading over the long weekend.

Hello everybody today was a great day. ALL THE STUFF HAPPENING ON WEDNESDAY 1) we have an assembly for literacy day- our class will be showing a video (12:45 pm) 2) following the assembly, and a short recess break, parents are invited to participate in our literacy afternoon by taking some time to read with their students in the school (2:00 pm) 3) our family dance is happening after school - theme: 50th anniversary of Lake Bonavista School (6:30 pm) -no more clothing theme 4) we will be handing out valentines cards on Wednesday as well should your child wish to particip ate

It's Friday!!!!!! We did our word work quiz! We did some more math measurement. We are experts now! As usual, we had science and continued rebuilding our bridges. We read Wonder, we are on part 2, this time we had to draw what was happening in the story.  Have an awesome weekend, see you on MONDAY!

We had a practice lockdown today. We did a pretty good job, Ms. Adamson and the police officer were impressed. For gym we went outside and played zombie tag. We wrote a summary about the first part of Wonder. In math we did measurement, we played an area/perimeter game and grade 4s solved a word problem and some grade 3s challenged themselves to do it as well. In science we did more rebuilding on our bridges.   

Hello parents today was a good day. In social studies we are reading legends, and we are going to turn them into movies. We are writing about our horrible, no good, very bad day- because we are doing a connection to things that are happening in the book we are reading, 'Wonder'- text to self connection. Today we got to play a game of netball! We learned the rules and the different positions in netball. We got the last Wonder questions, Ms. Adamson is never going to make questions again, she will let us do different activities with Wonder instead ;). We are having a lockdown practice today. On Thursday a police man is going to come so we can do a whole school lock down practice. We read some more of Wonder. We posted new things on seesaw, go and check it out! We did some science, we worked on rebuilding our bridges. We continued working on measurement in math and we practiced some of our algebra.
